#OMG: Bullied kid forced to listen to what bullies don't like about him!

A 10-year-old special needs student in Derby, England had the courage to report that he was being bullied to his teacher, but, according to his parents, the teacher’s actions were just as bad as those of the bullies. Instead of reprimanding the bullies, or making them apologize, the teacher actually had the bullies explain to the kid why they didn’t like him and then told the bullied student to change.

The incident with the bullies actually happened sometime last year, but the student’s parents didn’t find out about it until recently when he brought the poster home with him. The parents are now worried the poster actually increased the bullying done to their child, and when they went to the principal they were shocked to find out that he approved of the teacher's behavior.

Apparently the school’s principal told the parents what occurred was called "restorative justice” and couldn’t understand by why were upset. As you can imagine it made the parents even more furious, especially since a teacher at another school told them the practice of “restorative justice” is supposed to have students focus on the good things about each other, not the negative.
