This amazing police body-cam video footage shows the exact moment when this cop delivered a woman's baby... on the sidewalk... in front of her home!
INCREDIBLE.
The cops - in OHIO - said they didn't expect that they'd be taking the steps they had to take as quickly as they did... but they did... and from all accounts, the mom, and baby, seem to be doing fine!
